  • Highlights include two $400 multi-flight NLH events, multiple PLO tournaments, and a $2,200 High Roller.
  • The $1,700 Main Event kicks off Sept. 26–27 as the marquee tournament.

Poker players across the Midwest will have their eyes on Caesars Southern Indiana later this month as the World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) makes its return.

17 Gold Rings on the Table

Running September 18–29, the 12-day stop in Elizabeth, Indiana, will award 17 coveted gold rings, capped by the Main Event.

The series gets underway on September 18 with a fast-paced $400 No-Limit Hold’em event. From there, the schedule is packed with variety, giving players at every level something to chase.

Two multi-flight $400 NLH tournaments are set to draw big fields: the first runs September 19–20 with four flights in total, and the $400 Monster Stack follows on September 23–24 with morning starts both days.

Specialty events give the schedule plenty of flavor. Omaha fans will find multiple options, starting with a $600 PLO on September 22 and a $400 PLO with rebuys on September 24. The biggest Omaha draw comes on September 26, when a $1,100 PLO is expected to bring out the heavy hitters. For something different, a $400 NLH/PLO Tag Team takes place September 25.

Mixed-game players won’t be left out either. The $400 H.O.R.S.E. event is set for September 23, while the $400 Big O runs two days later. The schedule also features age-specific events, includingg a $400 Seniors event on September 21 and a $300 Ladies event on September 29 that will end the series.

$1,700 Main Event

Of course, the centerpiece is the $1,700 Main Event. With starting flights on September 26 and 27, it will crown the ultimate winner of the stop and award one of the most sought-after prizes on the Circuit. High rollers will also have their moment with a $2,200 NLH event on September 28.

The last time the Circuit rolled into Caesars Southern Indiana, back in May, it was Ulises Roman who stole the spotlight. Roman outlasted 250 entries to capture his first WSOPC ring and take home $84,399. With an expanded schedule and plenty of ring events this time around, organizers are expecting another strong turnout.
