The World Series of Poker Circuit is scheduled to make a comeback to Caesars New Orleans this May, bringing nearly two weeks of tournament action to one of the most popular US poker stops on the schedule. 

Highlights: Double Stack Opener and Mini Main Event with $100,000 GTD

Running from May 14 through May 25, 2026, the series will feature a rich selection of buy-ins, formats, and daily events designed to attract recreational and seasoned players alike.

The opening days will kick off with affordable entry points, including $400 No-Limit Hold’em events such as the Double Stack Opener and a Mini Main Event boasting a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool. 

Multiple starting flights will give players several chances to qualify, with re-entry options available across most tournaments.

Mixed Formats and Specialty Games

As the series progresses, the schedule will also expand into interesting mixed formats and specialty games. 

Players will see Omaha, Omaha Eight or Better, bounty events, and senior and ladies tournaments, reflecting the Circuit’s goal of offering something for every style of poker player. Buy-ins range from $300 for smaller events up to $1,700 for the Main Event, which headlines the series.

The WSOP Circuit Main Event at Caesars New Orleans carries a $500,000 guarantee and will feature multiple starting flights beginning May 21. Players will have several opportunities to enter, with each flight allowing a single re-entry. 

The structure includes deep starting stacks and longer blinds on later levels, giving experienced players room to build strategies over time.

Mid-series highlights feature a Monster Stack event with a $100,000 guarantee as well as a Black Chip Bounty tournament

Pot-Limit Omaha and Omaha Eight or Better events are also expected to attract specialists searching for variety beyond traditional Hold’em play.

Later in the schedule, the action speeds up with turbo formats and senior focused events, before wrapping up with the Double Stack Closer on May 25. With multiple daily tournaments running throughout the series, Caesars New Orleans is expected to see steady traffic from local players and traveling grinders alike.
