The festival opens with the multi-flight £250 buy-in UKIPT Mini which runs from July 23-27. The tournament gives players the opportunity to build their bankroll to enter the bigger events on the schedule, including the £5,300 Super High Roller, the most expensive event of the series, which gets underway on July 27. The tournament is expected to attract some of the UK’s top poker pros.

2022 UKIPT Nottingham Main Event

The festival’s crown jewel is easily the Main Event which features a £1,100 buy-in and offers £50,000 in guarantees. The tournament has two starting flights which take place on July 28 and 29. The action begins with each player sitting down with a 30,000 chip stack played to 40-minute levels, with blinds starting at 100/100 and a 100 big blind ante also coming into play.

The tournament allows two re-entries and players can late register until the conclusion of Level 10. The top 15% of each starting flight will combine on Day 2 and are guaranteed to take home some cash regardless of their finishing positions. The remaining players will play down to a winner on July 31.

Those who want to take part in the bigger Pokerstars events but cannot afford the buy-ins still have a way to get in. Satellites for the High Roller, Super High Roller, and Main Event are available starting July 27 which players can enter for as low as £120.
