McLaren Turbo Series Key Details

The schedule is comprised of 68 numbered events, adopting the turbo and hyper-turbo structures for oker games. The series caters to all bankrolls, with the majority of the events featuring up to three buy-in tiers. Players can enter for as low as $0.55 all the way up to $215.

Those who cannot afford the bigger events shouldn’t worry as partypoker is also running tons of qualifiers that are available for a fraction of the price.

Three Main Events + The Weekenders

The main highlight of the series is the $215 buy-in Main Event which comes with a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000. Starting flights for the tournament run until August 8. The winner will not only take home the regular cash prize, but he will also walk away with a free trip for two to the Brazilian Grand Prix which takes place in November.

Those with limited bankroll will be delighted to know that the Main Event also has a Micro and Mini version – the Micro Main Event costs just $3.30 to enter, while the Mini edition has a buy-in of $22. Both tournaments will award $10,000 and $100,000 in guaranteed prizes respectively. Day 1s are also running until August 8. All three Main Events have the same blind structure.

Upon the completion of all starting flights, surviving players resume the action on Day 2 also scheduled for August 8 during which the winner in all three Main Events will be crowned.

Apart from the Main Event, players also shouldn’t miss The Weekenders, tournaments that have starting flights on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There are two sets of Weekender tournaments that players can get their teeth into – the first set of tournaments runs from July 29-31, with entry fees set at $1.10, $11, and $109. The guarantees to be won are $3,000, $30,000, and $125,000.

Players get one more chance to take part in The Weekenders from August 5-7, during which tournaments with buy-ins of $0.55, $5.50, and $55 will take place. Players will compete for a guarantee of $1,500, $15,000, and $100,000 respectively.
