Cash Game FestivalThe Cash Game Festival will be held in London for the second time this year and will be returning to the Aspers Casino in Westfield Stratford City between Sept. 28 and Oct. 2.

The fun-filled festival with over 120 hours of poker is a much-anticipated event for poker players in the U.K

The Festival had started its European Tour in London with a five-day event in April. It then travelled further with successful stops at Malta in June and Sunny Beach, Bulgaria earlier this month.

Once the current London leg is completed, the cash game festival moves online, with the Cash Game Festival Online taking place between Oct. 24-30 on the iPoker Network. The next stop for the poker fest is slated to be Tallinn, Estonia.

Organizers are expecting that at least 30 cash-game tables will be running simultaneously across different poker variants during the festival. The last London stop had on offer a number of games such as no-limit hold'em, six-plus hold'em, dealer's choice Omaha, open-face Chinese poker and SvitenSpecial also called Drawmaha.

For players, one of the most exciting features is that the Festival offers the a chance to be featured on a televised table which will be streamed on the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel and also be showcased in several media outlets. A regular at Cash Game Festival Kalle Fagerström has appeared many times on the televised feature table. The feature table at the previous stop Bulgaria was the no-limit hold'em.

In a statement, Kalle Fagerström said

I think the feature table is great. It is usually a nice mix of players with different backgrounds and profiles. Some are good players and some are 'famous' for other stuff. One thing is certain though: It always offers good value, the atmosphere on that table is usually very high and you will end up having a kick ass time even if the poker goes south

The Festival will also have numerous promotions to encourage players. During the Bulgaria stop, Bulgarian player Nickolay J. Petrov and Swedish Peter La Terra won prizes that gave them entry tickets worth at €1,700 for the London leg.

The Festival will also offer players more than just poker. Exciting activities outside the poker room are part of the event’s schedule and a number of them have been planned including a sports related challenge, an exclusive dinner, a city tour as well as a VIP party. Details are being kept a secret as a surprise for players.
